I woke up this morning to the sad news of the flood in Benue State, Nigeria and this is coming days apart after the flood in Houston,U.S.A. I cannot begin to feel how helpless and scared these people are presently neither can I wish same for my enemies. This didn't happen because it was their fault. Houston, Texas This is best defined to me as a catastrophe created by man though it can be an act of nature.
